The Best! Always best to call a local florist vs using any of the 1-800 flower companies. Those are a rip off
I used Dee’s couple years ago and just this week for 2 more floral arrangements. Best delivery on time and best follow up with phone call and emails . I’ll definitely use again !!

Hello, I am so sorry although I think you have us confused with another florist. Would you be able to call me so that we can help you get an arrangement, even if it was through another florist, we can help you find it. We had no issues for mother's day. No one had called us in regards to an order not being delivered. Is it possible that you ordered it through a wire service as 1-800-FLOWERS, FTD, TELEFLORA, FROM YOU FLOWERS, AVIS FLOWERS, and there are many many more. Please Call!!!

We received a beautiful arrangement for our dad's military memorial service. There were many compliments! Even though we had to move it through gusting wind and it sat in a very warm chapel, the flowers have lasted much longer than expected.

Hi Janaki, Thank you for the review. Like we discussed over the phone we had to leave for a funeral and this order must have come in after we left by mistake. I would have seen it if I would have looked in the system, unfortunately we were either on the plane or in the car traveling. It was a fast turn around for us over the weekend. This is the most beautiful flower arrangement I have ever seen. I ordered it for a special 60th birthday. Thank you for the review. As we spoke on the phone, yes you were charged $6 which is the charge for placing your order on the website. It goes to the website company. Next time you may call me direct and save the $6. I was unaware of this until I had gotten complaints about it and checked into it myself. Is good one one hand in that when we get busy as it takes a minute to take the order over the phone, but it is worth us helping our custumers. $6 is $6.

Asked for an uplifting arrangement for my neice who had just lost her mother. Very helpful staff who promised a colourful display and next day delivery. I ordered this for my daughter and it was not delivered. I sent an email and have not received a reply back. When my daughter called about it, she was told it wouldn't be made or delivered for a week and a half after I ordered it for. Not happy especially for a business not to respond back, very unprofessional. Will NOT order from them again.

I had originally forgotten this order, which I discussed with your daughter. I was going to get it delivered to her that evening but she told me that she would rather have it the next day. I told her that we were leaving at 7 a.m. to go out of town and was wondering if it would be ok to bring it when I returned. She said no problem at all and that is what we did. I will agree that I forgot it the first time as there was another order going to her and I overlooked the second one. We do make mistakes but always try really hard to make up for them. She loved her arrangements!!!

Our daughter lives in Colorado and we live in Florida. We sent her flowers for her birthday and they were delivered two days early by mistake. I called the shop and they were so professional and apologetic. They even made it right by delivering a box of chocolates to our daughter on her birthday. Thank you for great customer service.

This low review is simply because this florist associates with Terry's Florist in Florida. I placed an order with them and they used this Florist. The flowers were late getting here and were not what I ordered, nor was the vase what I ordered. Terry's is a scam as evidenced by their reviews which D'ee should read before doing business with them.

Yes unfortunately we run into these problems. There are so many of those kinds of florists in our industry. They are popping up with different names all the time. The order you received is what they gave us to make. And the order came in today, we got it out today. I believe we should have been rated on the service and product we provided to you, not because of our association. You are the one who chose to work with them. Call us directly or place orders on our website next time. I'm sure that you would be pleased with us. Thank you for letting us know the other side!

Everything about ordering from D'ee Angelic was fantastic! The selection of flowers was impressive. Run from this horrible florist. This people are so disorganized and didn’t understand the importance of my sisters 70th birthday even though I conveyed this to them. Bouquet was filled with greenery instead of flowers and they forgot to deliver the balloons.
When I sent over the reminder the owner was irritated saying they didn’t even have my order. Almost $110 later a wished I would have used Costco flower delivery instead. Of course when I called to ask why they forgot the balloons they had the answer machine on!
Horrible experience!

I ordered flowers from ProFlowers which were delivered through D'ee Angelic Rose Florist. The bouquet was pretty sparse, so when I called the florist, Kathy had it remade and sent out that same afternoon. If it weren't for the original bouquet, I would give 5 stars. Kathy was great, though!
